I had trouble printing the certificate at the end of the course, how do I got back and print or save the certificate again?
In order to go back and print or save a course certificate for the online training that you've already completed follow the steps below:
- Go to www.coursecollection.com.
- Log in with your user information that you used to take the course.
- When you get to the ‘course list’ page scroll to the bottom of the course list. Click on the link 'print a course certificate'.
- When you click on the link you will be sent to a page that lists all course that you have completed along with the completion date. Click on the course name.
- On the next page click on the button “Print Certificate”.
- Your certificate will be re-generated and you can either save the PDF file, print it, or both, depending on your preference.
Note: If you do not see a course that you believe you completed, that indicates that you have not filled out a course evaluation; therefore, cannot print your certificate.

No, you cannot print a copy of the course, but there is a handout at the end of each course that you may print to reference the topics covered in the course. The handout contains a course outline, helpful websites, and a glossary of terms.

I am an educator, but I don’t live in New Jersey. Would these courses be beneficial to me? Do you offer courses for other states?
While the awareness training courses offered by NCADD of Middlesex County contain a lot of information that is useful to an educator living in any state, they do contain some New Jersey- specific information on state statutes and administrative code. Please contact our training partner, MindCross Training and Consulting, at training@mindCross.com to learn about what courses are available for other states or to discuss customizing the training for your state.
I am the training coordinator for my school district. What useful administration tools does NCADD’s Professional Development Training for Educators program provide for me?
NCADD’s Professional Development Training for Educators series provides several advantages for training coordinators and school administrators. Our courses provide tracking information including who took a particular course and how much time each student spent on a course. Administrators may access the course evaluations completed by each student. In each course, quizzes are required ensuring that students review and process the information that is presented in the course. At the end of each course, students have the ability to print a certificate of completion which they can then use for tracking purposes for their own files.
